A. With LPSB's Personal Online Banking, you can:
- Check your account balances.
- Confirm which checks, deposits, withdrawals, and Debit
Card/ATM transactions have posted.
- Transfer funds between your LPSB deposit accounts.
- Communicate with us through electronic E-mail.
- SAVE TIME by paying bills online. Imagine, no more hand
writing checks, buying stamps, licking envelopes, or making trips to the
post office.

What kind of accounts can I access with Personal Online Banking?
A. You can obtain online access to your LPSB's
Checking, Savings, Money Market and loan accounts.
Note: Only Checking accounts are eligible for Online Bill
Payment

Q. How current is the banking information I look at online?
A. Your account information is updated every
business day using the transactions that have posted to your account the
previous business day.

Q. What do I need to use Personal Online Banking?
A. To run Personal Online Banking, you will need
the following:

- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or later), Netscape
Navigator 4.05 (or later), or AOL 5.0 (or later) browser with 128-bit
strong encryption.

Q. How do I sign up for Personal Online Banking?
A. Sign up for Personal Online Banking by
completing the Online Banking registration form on the LPSB web site under
Online Banking, Personal. All fields on the registration form must be
completed, including email address, or the registration form cannot be
processed. Simply fill the form out and bring it into the bank and a
personal banker will activate your account.

Q. Who can I pay using Online Bill Payment?
A. You can pay almost anyone in the United States,
from your long distance phone company to the paper boy. If your payee
accepts electronic payments, they will be paid through an electronic funds
transfer. Otherwise, they will receive payment by a paper check sent in the
mail. (Note: You may not make a payment of alimony, maintenance, child
support, taxes or other governmental fees or court directed payments through
the service.)

Q. What happens if I lose or forget my password?
A. If you lose or forget the password that you set up on
the registration form, you will need to contact us, and then complete the
registration form again. In addition, if you attempt to log on with an
incorrect password more than five times, for security purposes, you will be
locked out of the system. In this case you will need to contact us, and then
complete the registration form again.
A. If you lose or forget the access key code
provided to you by the bank, you will need to contact us, to allow us to
provide you with another code.

Q. How is my financial information protected?
A. Protecting the privacy and security of your
confidential financial information is a top priority at LPSB. Personal
Online Banking uses state-of-the-art security levels with end-to-end
encryption. To gain a greater level of protection, we recommend changing
your password on a regular basis. Only you should know your private
password, so you can be confident that your data is secure. It is NOT known
to your software provider or LPSB.
